Wendy Carr
Wendy began her career in 1982, with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Photography and Graphics, working for PCA International, Inc. She gained valuable insight about people as she trained photographers and interacted with 90 to 150 clients each day.
In 1989 Wendy joined the team at General Electric (GE) writing grants and customized training programs. She is a certified Instructional Designer and Facilitator and has an M.S. in Management. Working extensively with global teams, she developed and facilitated instructor-led programs and designed and implemented online courses.

Wendy Carr brings direction, structure and an element of creativity to the product line of Wise Writers and Speakers. Involved in all aspects of the company, she takes the lead role in specific areas and a partnering role in others.
Editing and revising copy are just two talents that Wendy brings to Wise Writers and Speakers. With a style of writing is very similar to that of Dr. Medina, Wendy is the team member who edits final drafts of Dr. Medina's work. She brings depth and versatility to the team that result in ecstatic clients.
A dynamic writer in her own right, Wendy brings a level of professionalism to the Wise Writers and Speakers team that elevates our company and our clients to be the best. She has written over 200 books, grants, training manuals, facilitation guides, video scripts, online training programs and presentations. She is well versed in adult learning principles and understands the importance of using multimedia and alternative structures to appeal to all learning styles. Her knowledge and experience add a layer of specialty expertise to our company offering.
Wendy takes a hands-on approach with each client's vision, partnering with them to learn their definition of project success and to understand the needs of their end-user audience. She offers a variety of capabilities that range from developing customized training materials to providing speech writing, presentation and delivery coaching to individuals for public speaking and facilitation.
Sharing artistic talents, Wendy is responsible for developing the graphic layouts for our products. She often provides original art or creates computer generated illustrations for our products and the materials we are commissioned to develop for our clients. Like the other members our team, Wendy gives 100% to every client and every project.
