Wise Writers was pleased to be selected as the technical writer of a customized standards manual for the United Excel Corporation.  Dealing with the commercial health care construction industry and incorporating government process requirements, the project was challenging, demanding, and rewarding.  Additionally, the project was educational because the construction industry was not an arena of familiarity or prior expertise for Dr. Medina and the Wise Writers team.  

The project forced Dr. Medina to listen, learn, comprehend, and then write about the various phases of the entire construction process. The end result was a dynamic learning tool that is being used for training new and existing employees and will be relied upon for years to come.
